As Facilities Coordinator, Te Kahurangi plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the facilities team, helping to ensure' properties are well managed and compliant.

Her background spans facilities coordination, administration, real estate, customer service, and agriculture. Before joining Quay Body Corporate Management, Te Kahurangi worked as a Service Co-ordinator at Aotea Security and as a Branch Administrator at Lodge Real Estate.

Te Kahurangi has also held administration roles with Ashley & Martin, spent several years working in hospitality, and developed a strong work ethic through many years in the dairy farming industry.
