    • Arrange insurance for all buildings and other improvements to their full insurable value and any other insurance risks as directed by the Body Corporate

    • Lodge insurance claims

    • Obtain an insurance valuation if required by the underwriter

    • Organising repairs & maintenance for common property areas

    • Engage, with Body Corporate approval, a project manager for large scheduled work

    • Raise levies as required to fund work
