Paige Finlay

Paige recently joined Quay Body Corporate as a Body Corporate Manager, bringing with her a strong background in property management, business operations and client relationship management.

Prior to joining Quay, Paige managed a portfolio of 36 short-term rental properties in Hamilton, working closely with property owners, guests and contractors. Her role involved coordinating maintenance and property readiness, managing day-to-day property requirements and ensuring a high level of service across a busy portfolio.

Paige also has experience in business management, where she was responsible for leading a team, coordinating projects, managing client relationships and improving operational systems and processes. Her experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders has developed her strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
