Lisa Ross

Lisa recently joined Quay Body Corporate as a Body Corporate Manager, bringing with her a diverse background in property and project management.

Prior to joining Quay, Lisa was an Inspection Manager with Colliers, where she managed inspections across a varied portfolio of residential properties, commercial buildings and vacant land. Working closely with property managers, owners, tenants and contractors, she developed extensive experience in property maintenance, compliance, reporting and the day-to-day management of property assets.

Combined with her earlier project management experience, Lisa offers a strong blend of organisational expertise, attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills. Her ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, identify issues early and deliver effective solutions enables her to provide proactive support to both clients and committees. 

Lisa is known for her approachable nature, methodical work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service. She is passionate about building positive relationships, protecting the long-term value of assets and ensuring body corporate communities are well managed, compliant and maintained to a high standard.
