Jane Kelly
BODY CORPORATE TECHNICAL LEAD
Jane has been with the company since June 2014 and as Technical Lead, she guides and mentors the Body Corporate managers and their assistants.
Her experience includes working in Australia and New Zealand in both residential and commercial property management. She also has a strong background in project management which brings with it the ability to multitask and prioritise.
She is an acknowledged Body Corporate expert and manages a wide range of property types including residential, residential with on-site management and letting rights, lifestyle village and mixed use.
Jane is an excellent communicator and likes to build rapport and relationships with her clients and stakeholders. She has sound negotiation skills and often sorts out issues between Body Corporate unit owners and external parties.
