Testimonials

The relationship between a Body Corporate chair and manager is a critical one. It is built on trust, respect and a commitment to “do the right thing” for the Body Corporate and not for any individuals. Lisa Quinlan understands that and in her quiet, unassuming way she works to make a chair’s job easier while acting in the best interests of the Body Corporate. She is not afraid to express an opinion but does it in a respectful way which almost always results in a win-win. Dealing with conflict, something all Body Corporates grapple with at some point, can often be fraught but Lisa handles it confidently. I value Lisa’s efficiency and empathy which has been tested and she passed with flying colours.
